How We Protect Your Privacy Under EU and Czech Legislation.

We offer this disclaimer under Act no. 101/2000 coll. – on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendment to some Acts, in effect from 25.5.2018, under art. 6. para. 1 litera c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation), on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Feel Film is the operator of www.feelfilm.eu website, represented by Pavla Sobotová, tax ID: 7244151 with registered office at: Dr. Uhra 3904/42, 79601 Prostějov.

We do everything to ensure your personal data is safe with us. In this document, you will find all the information necessary about how we protect your privacy: how we obtain your personal data, how we use it, who we share it with, how you can control the processing, how we protect your data and about the rights you have in connection with the processing.

I. What personal data of yours do we collect on www.feelfilm.eu?

I-a) If you shop on our site as a natural person, we collect this personal data together with your order:
name, surname and shipping address – mandatory data to invoice, phone number and e-mail – mandatory to confirm your order, and if you want to ship your goods to a different address, also the name, surname and address of the person who will accept your order.

I-b) If you support us online, the transaction takes place via PayPal, which will give us your name, surname, address and e-mail (see IV e)

I-c) When visitors come to our site, we identify each of them using Google Analytics to evaluate traffic on our site.

II. How we use your personal data

We use the data we learn about you to:

II-a) inform you about your order status, or to clarify details

II-b) issue your invoice if you shop with us

II-c) deliver goods that you bought

II-d) answer your questions, if you contact us directly via e-mail

II-e) send you offers and information on our current events, if you accepted this service

II-f) assess the traffic on our website. We evaluate which products and information most interest you, so that we can offer you relevant content.

III. Where we store your data

During e-mail communication with you, we store the history of our communication.

III-b) If you shop with us, we store your data in our online invoicing system.

III-c) During phone contact, your number may be stored in the mobile phones of our employees.

IV. Who we give access to your data, who has access:

IV-f) Your personal data may be given to third parties under current legislation. Your data may be stored or made accessible to other persons, in order to fulfil our obligations arising from current legislation, the requirements of state and other authorities, to exercise our rights or defend ourselves in proceedings wherein others exercise them towards us. The categories of third persons to whom we make personal data accessible for these reasons, include courts, state and other authorities competent to exercise control over our activities, to resolve conflicts or make decisions with our legal and accounting consultants and auditors.

IV-g) Transfer to third countries
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU, except for the Us, where the transfer of EU citizens’ data is governed by the special system Privacy Shield ​

V. How we protect your personal data

In accordance with the requirements of current legislation, we will take all the security, technical and organizational measures necessary to protect your personal data.

VI. How long we store your personal data

VI-a) If you entered into a commercial relationship with us buying goods on our site, the time during which we store and archive your personal data is determined by current legislation.

VI-b) Under GDPR, you have the right to ask for the deletion of your personal data from our systems, with the exception of point VI-a)

VII. Your rights with respect to the processing of personal data by our company

If we process your personal data, you have the right to exercise the following rights VII-a) to VII-f).

You can exercise your rights electronically via fax, e-mail or a letter sent to the contact below. In your request, please state your name, surname, phone number, e-mail number or your residency address – depending on your chosen form of communication with us. If you do not provide the aforementioned data, we will not be able to comply with your request. We ask for this information about you, to verify your identity and to avoid passing your personal data to an unauthorized person by accident.

We are required by law to process your request within 30 days from delivery. In justified cases, we may extend the deadline to 60 days, of which we will inform you.

As a natural person, you have the following rights with us as the processor of your personal data:

VI-a) Right of access to personal data
You have the right to obtain proof of how we process your personal data, what kind of data we store about you, for what purpose, whom we have passed your personal data, whether we have transferred it into a third country and for how long we intend to store your data.

VI-b) Right to rectification
If our company processes incorrect personal data about you, you may ask us to rectify that. It is important to us that we process correct information about you, and therefore please use this right anytime you move or any other part of your personal data changes that is important in your relationship with us.

VI-c) The right to deletion (right to be forgotten)
You have the right to have your personal data which we process deleted, provided the following conditions are met and no legal exceptions apply:
• the data is no longer needed for the purpose for which they were obtained,
• you recall your consent with the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis to process them,
• based on your specific situation, you object to us processing your personal data, which we process due to our legitimate interest and no legal justification prevails in favour of this processing, or you object to the processing for the purpose of direct marketing,
• your personal data is being processed illegally.
If your personal data has been publish and you exercise your right to deletion, we will also delete the data we have published. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised your right to be forgotten, therefore they should also delete all links to your data, as long as technically possible with regards to the available technology and the costs of these measures.

VI-d) Right to restriction of processing
You also have the right to ask us to temporarily restrict processing, in these cases:
• if you believe that we process incorrect data about you, until the accuracy of this personal data can be verified,
• the processing of your data is illegal and you decide, instead of deleting your data, to ask for the restriction of their processing,
• we no longer need the personal data for processing, but it is still necessary in order to prove, exercise or defend your legal rights,
• in case you object to the processing of you personal data, so long as the verification or the reasons to process the data prevail over your legitimate interests

VI-e) Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain the personal data that we hold, based on your consent and/or a contract, and that we process, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This data may be transferred to another person, and therefore if it is technically possible, we will transfer your data to a provider of your choice upon your request.

VI-f) The right to object
You have the right, due to reasons related to your specific situation, to object to the processing of your personal data, which is done based on our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest.
You always have the right to disagree with the processing of your personal data, if it is being processed for the purposes of direct marketing.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by our company is against existing legislation on the protection of personal data, you have the right to submit a complaint to our main supervisor – the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic, whose contact details you can find here.
